Increase fluid intake as these conditions increase. Filtered water is good. I recommend reverse osmosis or carbon filters. An inexpensive way to improve water quality is to boil water and store it in the refrigerator in a glass container. Drink freshly juiced fruits and vegetables for added nutrients, fast absorption and an abundance of enzymes for quick healing. When it comes to losing weight, there is no single thing that provides a quick, easy solution. Even the easy solutions are just temporary, such as fasting, colon cleanse, etc… The one exception is easy fixes can be sustained if people follow three basic principles of leading a healthy a lifestyle. Those three principles are:

1. Exercise regularly. Although a full workout program is ideal, it is not compulsory if you want to maintain your weight level and live a healthy life. For many people, regular exercise comes in the form of daily walks. If you have a dog or young child, this is easily accomplished. If you have no other reason to walk, simply take a stroll through your neighborhood after dinner… you will be surprised how many other people are out after dinner as well. 2. Eat properly. This does not need to be overly complicated. By following most basic nutritional guides you can find out what a regular, healthy diet consists of. Some of the basic premises for eating properly include portion control and eating regularly throughout the day. A lot of people see regularly eating as six small meals instead of three larger ones. In fact, it is more like six snacks. With proper portion control (i.e. never eating a portion larger than your fist or hand), you can still have three traditional meals with smaller snacks in between. A full “traditional” meal will typically consist of a protein (meat, poultry), carbohydrate (pasta, rice, potato) and vegetables.

3. Water consumption. Make sure that you drink enough water so that your body is not dehydrated and so that your body can flush the unnecessary elements out of your system. This will not only keep you feeling better (and less hungry) throughout the day, but it will help with skin tone and other positive characteristics. Not only that, but you will find you are less prone to virus when you drink enough water (between eight and ten cups every day).

3. Family Life: Family always comes first. A happy family life is a healthy life.

4. Be in the company of friends: Don’t live in isolation. When you are connected you are able to express you feelings freely. When you keep thing inside you heart you are more likely to die from heart disease.

5. Relax: Find a way to unwind and relax. Practice yoga or play Tai Chi to calm your mind and reduce pressure.

6. Spiritual well-being: Pray to God or meditate to give you peace of mind. You will live longer.

7. Count your blessings: Don’t hold a grudge against anyone. Be happy with what you have. Just think they are many more people in this world who are in very much worse conditions.

8. Eating habit: Adopt a balanced diet and avoid junk food. Drink plenty of water. Give up smoking and drinking. Avoid coffee and food processed in salt.

9. Sleep Well: Go to sleep and wake up at the same time for around 8 hours. A good night’s sleep refreshes your mind and rejuvenates your body.

10. Live within you means: It gives you peace of mind and reduces your stress when you know that you can be independent financially.

When you make changes for the better be patient with yourself, old habits die hard, do it a step at a time.

Remember, it doesn’t harm you to try living healthy life. You can start by stop eating potato chips while watching TV. Instead, eat grape while watching it.
